At Crimson Lights, Nick will join Sharon and perhaps come clean about serving as Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) recruit.
Victor wants Nick to become Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) buddy and convince him that the Newmans think he’s a force to be reckoned with.
Of course, Nick still despises Cane, but he’ll be willing to put on a show for the sake of protecting his family.
The goal is to distract Cane from Chancellor and help him go after Jabot instead, so Sharon may be a little taken aback by that planned outcome.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is a good man and a friend of Sharon’s, so she won’t be thrilled about his family business being a target.
The fact that Nick’s willing to sacrifice the Abbotts for the Newmans could unsettle Sharon a bit.
Y&R spoilers say Sharon will indeed witness a surprising side of Nick, so she may not approve once she gets updates on his latest news.
Meanwhile, Adam won’t approve of Chelsea’s behavior either since she’ll continue to be Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) defender.
It’ll frustrate Adam, so he’ll lash out after Chelsea pushes him too far.
Adam will think Chelsea needs to fully join “Team Newman” and stop pretending Billy is some innocent party.
However, things are complicated when it comes to Billy, who intends on being an inside man and protecting Jabot from Cane if all goes well.
At some point, Adam and Chelsea will run into Nick and Sharon at the coffeehouse, so Cane and Billy will no doubt come up during that conversation.
Finally, Cane will make a vow to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), who’ll wait for his answer about the deal she’s proposing.
Lily’s willing to help tell the twins about his double life, but she wants Cane to tell her the whole truth about his return to Genoa City in exchange.
Even if Cane doesn’t make a full confession now, The Young and the Restless spoilers say he’ll make a powerful promise and try to earn Lily’s trust.
