Hollyoaks aired a horrific car collision as several storylines from the village converged in devastating fashion.
Tuesday’s (29 April) episode began in fiery fashion as Donny grappled with a corrupt police officer, who was under the wing of the similarly villainous DI Banks. The rest of the village, meanwhile, was busy celebrating at John Paul’s and Jez’s engagement party.
Despite the festivities, Jez and Martha were still trying to enact their latest act of villainy as they tried to poison Sienna once again, though they both got a scare as Martha potentially poisoned the wrong glass of drink.
Just as Myra keeled over, Ste got a call from Rex as he was told that his son Lucas had been hospitalised after falling unconscious, with the character heading to the hospital with Sienna behind the wheel.

Donny, meanwhile, headed for Banks following his run-in with the corrupt officer, with the pair scrapping. Just as Donny appeared to gain the upper hand, Sienna and Ste came careering around the bend as she began to lose all feeling in her legs.
The villainous Banks sensed an opportunity as he pushed Donny in front of the onrushing vehicle, with the copper smashing into the windscreen after Sienna was unable to drive out of the way.
Jez and Martha, in the company of Cleo, were informed that Sienna had been involved in a car accident, though their sympathy was short-lived as they began scheming the next stage of their plan.

After Cleo left the room to grab Sienna a drink, Martha and Jez suggested that she may have been behind the poisonings, with Sienna viewing her romantic partner in a different light once she returned to the room.
Donny, meanwhile, was fighting for his life as he was transferred to A&E, with Misbah left fearing the worst as she shed a tear during her shift – will the copper make it out alive and be able to expose Banks?…
