Next week on Casualty, Stevie’s stalker is finally revealed after a scary series of events, while Ngozi and Nicole face their biggest relationship test, and Flynn gets much-needed support from Anna.

For more on these stories, here is our spoiler round-up of all the biggest moments coming up in the ED in the latest episode of the current boxset ‘Internal Affairs’ – titled ‘Collateral Damage’.

1. Stevie faces terror

Stevie is shocked when her flat is suddenly raided by the police next week. Armed forces enter her home and search the property, after receiving an allegation that Stevie has been manufacturing illegal substances.

The claim is obviously false, and Stevie feels sure that the police were called by her stalker. The Detective Inspector gives her a number to report the harassment she has been dealing with.

2. Ngozi and Nicole are on the rocks

Ngozi’s son Obi catches her and Nicole kissing, and she is concerned about him knowing about their relationship. Nicole gets frustrated and tells Ngozi that either she tells Obi the truth or their relationship is over.

Ngozi pleads her case to her girlfriend, explaining that she is hiding her sexuality from her family, and she doesn’t want to burden her son with keeping a huge secret. Nicole is left heartbroken when Ngozi pulls away from her – could this mark the end of their romance?

3. Stevie’s stalker is revealed

As Stevie reflects on why she attracts weirdos, Faith suggests that her abusive ex Marcus could be behind her stalking ordeal. However, Stevie points out that Marcus now lives in New York, so it couldn’t be him. She continues to put all her energy into finding the identity of her stalker, while trying to ignore her upcoming test results.

But a dramatic turn of events ends with Stevie suddenly coming face to face with the sinister stranger. Who has been stalking her and why?

4. Flynn receives a gift

Local councillor Anna returns to the ED with a portable defibrillator, gift-wrapped for Flynn and the team. She explains that she got her hands on it easily, but Flynn isn’t pleased to have to rely on charity for vital resources. Anna suggests that he has no choice, but Flynn makes it clear that he wants the hospital to be properly funded.

As Anna then watches Flynn hard at work, has he done enough to convince her that the ED needs more external support?

5. Indie steps up

Jan breaks the news to the call handlers in the control room that the statistics from the last month show they are still missing their targets. Indie is forced to think on her feet when takes a call from a woman who is in labour at the side of the road by herself.

As she deals with this difficult call, will she do enough to help both the woman in need and Jan’s targets?

Casualty airs on Saturday nights on BBC One and now streams first on BBC iPlayer, where episodes are released at 6am on the day of transmission.
