Next week on Casualty, Teddy and Iain tackle a dangerous situation during their first HART shift, while Ngozi’s sobriety is tested and Jacob accidentally puts Blake at risk.
Here is our round-up of all the biggest moments coming up next week, in the latest episode of the current boxset, ‘Supply and Demand’ – which will air on BBC Two.
1. Iain struggles
It’s Iain and Teddy’s first day with HART (Hazardous Area Response Team). The pair work with Tim and the rest of the team to remove a patient from an aeroplane amid an outbreak of a contagious disease. As they travel in the ambulance, they hit traffic and the patient panics, not wanting to die alone.
This reminds Iain of his mum, who has recently been admitted to a hospice, and he loses his composure – but Teddy steps up to help him through the tough time.

2. Ngozi feels tempted
After encouraging her to admit she has a drink problem, Dylan continues to help Ngozi through her battle with alcoholism, and he even offers to be her sponsor. Ngozi gets on with her shift, but she is shaken when she treats a patient who was given conversion therapy.
She is triggered by his experiences and rushes out of the ED, unable to control her emotions. Ngozi is more tempted than ever to have a drink, but will she relapse, or can she stay strong in her recovery?
3. Jacob admits his mistake
Jacob is called into work and is told that Blake has brought his son Carter into the ED. However, there is more concern for Blake himself, who seems increasingly agitated. Worried about Blake’s schizophrenia, Rash wants to know if there have been any recent changes to his medication.
Left with no other choice, Jacob admits that he bought some medication for his son online. Has he inadvertently harmed Blake?

While HART aren’t able to physically treat the contagious patient, when he suddenly has a seizure, Iain and Teddy are forced to break the rules to save his life.
Teddy makes a big assumption about the patient and continues on with treatment, but when the situation takes another turn, Tim tells him he has breached protocol. Has Teddy messed up already?
5. Indie has a crush
Indie’s recent awkward interactions with Cam have suggested that she might like him as more than a friend.
Her crush only intensifies next week when Cam offers to help her with an upcoming interview, and it’s clear that she is smitten as they prepare together. Will Cam realise that he has an admirer?
6. Rash and Sunny grow closer
It seems that love is in the air in Holby, with Rash’s feelings for pharmacist Sunny continuing to grow – but his recent failure to ask out his colleague means that nothing has yet happened been them.
However, the pair grow even closer next week, and Rash ends up agreeing to a date. Is this the start of a new romance?
